DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN RUMAH SAKIT DI INDONESIA

Latar belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda di berbagai negara turut memberian dampak sektor pelayanan kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien non COVID-19 turut mendapatkan dampaknya. Pada konteks Indonesia, kondisi pandemi COVID-19 dan kebijakan penanangannya memengaruhi pelayanan kesehatan oleh rumah sakit.
Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pelayanan kesehatan oleh rumah sakit di Indonesia.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah literature review study yang menggunakan alur penapisan berdasarkan PRISMA. Penelusuran dilakukan pada basis data artikel Google Scholar, Pubmed dan Emerald pada artikel terbitan 2020 hingga sekarang menggunakan kata kunci dan restriksi penelusuran yang telah ditentukan. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik terhadap artikel yang layak.
Hasil: Kajian literatur ini mendapatkan 1.002 artikel dari basis data Google Scholar, Pubmed dan Emerald. Didapatkan sebanyak 19 artikel yang layak untuk dilakukan analisis terkait dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit di Indonesia. Mayoritas artikel adalah penelitian kuantitatif (89%), artikel terbitan jurnal (79%) dan merupakan penelitian survei (84%). Terdapat 7 tema dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit di Indonesia, yaitu penurunan jumlah pasien, modifikasi pelayanan oleh tenaga kesehatan, perubahan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana rumah sakit, perubahan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, penambahan beban kerja tenaga kesehatan, strategi manajerial bagi pelayanan kesehatan dan dampak psikologis.
Kesimpulan: Dibutuhkan kajian dan kebijakan yang lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pelayanan kesehatan oleh rumah sakit di Indonesia.
