ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PERAWAT SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perawat merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan selama pandemi COVID-19. RSUP.M.Djamil merupakan salah satu rumah sakit rujukan COVID-19 di Kota Padang. Selama hampir 2 bulan berturut-turut, PPKM di Kota Padang masih berada di level 4. Hal ini membuat pelayanan di RSUP.M.Djamil sangat berat. Hal ini berdampak kepada penurunan kinerja perawat. Kecemasan akibat penularan COVID-19 dan beban kerja yang bertambah membuat terjadinya penurunan kinerja perawat.

Tujuan penelitian: ini adalah menganalisis hubungan tingkat kecemasan dan beban kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat di red zone RSUP.M.Djamil.

Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel nya adalah perawat pelaksanana di red zone yang berjumlah 135 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dengan uji statistic chi square.

Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan kinerja kurang 56,3%, cemas 47,4% dan beban kerja yang tinggi 57%. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara cemas dan beban kinerja dengan kinerja( nilai p=0,000 dan p= 0,007).

Kesimpulan: Kinerja perawat di red zone RSUP.M.Djamil dipengaruhi oleh kecemasan dan beban kerja perawat. Diharapkan agar pihak manajemen RSUP.M.D.Jamil membuat perencanaan terkait pengurangan cemas dan beban kerja perawat pelaksana agar kinerja perawat baik dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
