PSIKOLOGI IBU BERSALIN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Psikologi ibu bersalin dapat terganggu karena adanya pandemi covid-19 yang dapat menimbulkan kecemasan dan menyebabkan bahaya dalam kehamilan sehingga akan mempengaruhi kondisi ibu dan bayi.

Tujuan: untuk mengetahui psikologi ibu yang bersalin dimasa pandemi covid-19.

Metode: Menggunakan scoping review yang diadaptasi dari Arksey & O’Malley dengan 5 tahapan yaitu mengidentifikasi pertanyaan scoping review, mengidentifikasi artikel yang relevan, melakukan pencarian artikel yang relevan, memilih artikel, pembuatan bagan data, hasil penyajian data, pembahasan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pencarian artikel melalui 4 database yang relevan yaitu  Science Direct, Pubmed dan Willey, dan grey literature melalui Google Scholar di terbitkan dari tahun 2019-2020.

Hasil: Berdasarkan artikel yang didapat sebanyak 12 artikel, 10 artikel grade A dan 2 artikel grade B dengan metode kuantitatif. Ada 2 tema yang didapatkan yaitu psikologi ibu bersalin (kecemasan, depresi, stress, dan gangguan kesehatan mental) faktor yang mempengaruhi psikologis ibu bersalin (dukungan keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan).

Kesimpulan: Psikologis ibu yang bersalin dimasa pandemic covid-19 dapat meningkatkan  kecemasan, depresi, stress dan gangguan kesehatan mental pada ibu. Faktor yang mempengaruhi psikologis ibu dapat berupa dukungan kelurga dan tenaga kesehatan.
