Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Kecemasan Yang Dialami Oleh Remaja

Latar Belakang: Munculnya wabah kasus pandemic global covid-19 telah mengguncang dunia.  Terjadinya virus covid- 19 ini membuat masyarakat menjadi lebih mudah panik, was-was, cemas dan sampai menimbulkan stress termasuk pada kalangan remaja. Kecemasan dialami oleh remaja sebab usia remaja masih sangat labil dalam menghadapi kondisi yang tidak terduga. Kecemasan yang berlebihan dapat mempengaruhi kejernihan dalam berpikir dan daya ingat belajar. Tujuan Review: Untuk mereview evidence terkait Dampak Pandemic Covid-19 Terhadap Kecemasan Yang Dialami Oleh Remaja. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan  scoping review yang  menggunakan framework PEO yaitu mengidentifikasi artikel yang relevan dengan menetapkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, melakukan pencarian artikel melalui database yang relevan yaitu Pubmed, Science Direct, dan Wiley, mencari Grey Literatur melalui search Engine yaitu Google Scholar, seleksi artikel dengan Prisma Flow chart yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan alur pencarian artikel, selanjutnya melakukan Critical Appraisal untuk menilai kualitas dari tiap artikel, melakukan data charting, menyusun, meringkas dan melaporkan hasil. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil pencarian didapatkan 9 artikel. Semua artikel termasuk dalam grade A. Metode yang digunakan dalam 9 artikel menggunakan cross sectional. Didapatkan 3 tema yaitu prevalensi kecemasan yang terjadi pada remaja selama pandemic covid-19, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan yang terjadi pada remaja selama pandemic covid-19, stategi yang dilakukan remaja untuk mengatasi kecemasan yang terjadi selama pandemic covid-19.
Kesimpulan: Wabah covid-19 sangat berdampak pada psikologis remaja dan memerlukan perhatian dari pihak yang berwenang dalam mengatasi situasi kecemasan ini. Persepsi tentang wabah covid-19 juga dapat berperan besar dalam dampak psikologis remaja.References
