Depresi Prenatal Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Latar Belakang: Covid-19 telah banyak menimbulkan masalah kesehatan psikologis terutama pada kelompok rentan ibu hamil yang beresiko lebih tinggi mengalami depresi. Tujuan: Menggali bukti ilmiah kebidanan terkait gejala depresi prenatal pada masa pandemi covid-19. Desain: : Scoping review yang disusun dengan mengadopsi ceklist PRISMA Extension for Scoping Review (PRISMA-ScR). Metode: Penulis Scoping review menggunakan langkah-langkah Arksey dan O’Malley, Pencarian artikel menggunakan tiga database PubMed, Science Direct, dan Wiley yang mencakup dari Januari 2019 sampai 2021. Penilaian kualitas artikel dengan menggunakan instrumen Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT) Version 2018. Hasil: Dari 400 artikel terdapat 8 artikel yang relevan yang berasal dari 7 negara yang berbeda, dengan metode penelitian cross sectional, cohort study dan mixed method. Hasil di sajikan dalam empat tema yaitu peningkatan gejala depresi prenatal di masa pandemi covi-19, faktor resiko gejala depresi, dampak pandemi terhadap gejala depresi pada ibu hamil dan faktor protektif. Studi ini mengungkaplan bahwa pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan peningkatan gejala depresi pada ibu hamil, pembatasan sosial juga menjadi faktor pendukung peningkatan gejala depresi pada ibu hamil. beberapa faktor resiko di sebabkan oleh pelayanan kesehatan, akses leyanan kesehatan, dukungan sosial, status ekonomi, status pendidikan dan status pekerjaan. Kesimpulan: Studi ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan kejadian depresi pada ibu hamil di era pandemic Covid 19. Hasil temuan ini dapat memberikan informasi penting untuk tujuan klinis seperti menerapkan skrining proses dan intervensi yang ditujukan untuk mengurangi dampak pandemi covid-19.
