Abstract

Pendahuluan: Gagal jantung merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang signifikan dan kondisi kesehatan yang serius yang mempengaruhi banyak negara berkembang dan maju. Pasien yang memiliki manajemen perawatan diri yang baik dan sistem edukatif yang mendukung akan lebih baik dalam mempraktikkan perawatan diri dan dapat mengatasi stres fisik dan psikologis yang dihadapinya. Proses adaptasi terhadap respon fisiologis dan psikologis pasien dalam waktu yang lama akan sejalan dengan proses belajar pasien dan akan meningkatkan kemampuan perawatan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis self care management dan supportive educative system terhadap kualitas hidup pasien gagal jantung. Metode : Mencari artikel yang diakses melalui database, seperti Scopus, ProQuest, Science Direct, PubMed, dan SINTA. Literatur diterbitkan pada 2012-2022. Populasi penderita gagal jantung tipe III dan IV, berusia 40-70 tahun. Studi yang meneliti tentang self care management, supportive educative system, self care management dan supportive educative system. Studi menjelaskan intervensi yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup penderita gagal jantung. Desain studi yang di review quasi ekperimen, RCT, dan pra-eksperimen. Pedoman Joanna Briggs Institute digunakan untuk menilai kualitas ringkasan studi. Penyajian data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif. Hasil : Hasil tinjauan sistematik ini menunjukkan bahwa baik self care management maupun supportive educative system memberikan hasil yang signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup pasien gagal jantung. Kesimpulan : Kombinasi self care management dan supportive educative system merupakan salah satu intervensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien gagal jantung. Kedua intervensi dapat mengurangi kematian dan penerimaan kembali. Intervensi dapat dilakukan secara mandiri atau dengan bantuan orang lain.
