Abstract

Latar Belakang Masalah: Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan fisik dan psikis tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat. Masalah yang dialami selama bekerja adalah kecemasan, ketakutan tertular bagi diri sendiri dan keluarganya, gangguan mood, dan penurunan kualitas hidup Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup termasuk dukungan sosial, stres psikologis, strategi koping, dan efikasi diri.

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup perawat di tim COVID-19 di Indonesia.

Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan metode cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 268 perawat Tim Covid 19 di Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling, Kuesioner Online anonim dengan aplikasi google form yang disebarkan ke seluruh perawat yang ada di Indonesia menggunakan Flatform media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, dan Facebook. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF), The SocialSupport Rating Scale , Stress psikologis questionnaire-5 , Ways of Coping Questionnaire, dan General Self Efficacy yang sudah lolos melewati Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dengan uji Chi square, dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik.

Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki kualitas hidup yang rendah (60,4%), stres psikologis yang tinggi (68,6%), dukungan sosial yang rendah (61,9%), strategi coping yang dominan terhadap Emotional Focused Coping (56,7%), dan memiliki efikasi diri yang rendah (60,1%). Hasil bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres psikologis (0,001), dukungan sosial (0,017), strategi koping (0,006), dan efikasi diri (0,015) terhadap kualitas hidup. Hasil multivariat ditemukan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup perawat adalah stres psikologis dengan nilai OR 6,3.

Simpulan: Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas hidup perawat sebagai garda terdepan selama pandemi Covid 19 Di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh Stres Psikologis, Dukungan Sosial, Strategi Coping, dan Efikasi Diri..
