PELUANG TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL DALAM PELAYANAN MATERNITAS DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Latar belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak negatif pada kesehatan ibu dan anak. Inovasi teknologi digital telah digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Kajian hasil implemenasi teknologi digital pada pelayanan maternitas butuh dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi lebih jauh terkait evaluasi dan rekomendasi implemenasi teknologi digital pada pelayanan maternitas di masa pandemi COVID-19.
Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implemenasi teknologi digital pada pelayanan maternitas sebagai rekomendasi pelayanan maternitas di masa pandemi COVID-19.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah narrative literature review study yang menggunakan alur penapisan berdasarkan PRISMA. Penelusuran dilakukan pada basis data artikel Google Scholar, Taylor & Francis dan EBSCO pada artikel penelitian terbitan 2015-2021. Analisis kualitas artikel menggunakan instrumen Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT) versi 2018.
Hasil: Pencarian artikel penelitian pada basis data didapatkan 515 artikel penelitian. Setelah melakukan analisis menggunakan MMAT didapatkan 20 artikel penelitian yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian dan restriksi kriteria. Sebanyak 15 artikel (75%) adalah penelitian kuantitatif sedangkan sisanya adalah penelitian kualitatif sebanyak 2 artikel (10%) dan penelitian mixed method sebanyak 3 artikel (15%). Implementasi teknologi digital pada pelayanan maternitas menunjukkan hasil yang baik pada cakupan dan capaian pelayanan maternitas. Terdapat hambatan dan tantangan implementasi teknologi digital namun juga terdapat keuntungan penghematan biaya pelayanan dari implementasi teknologi digital.
Kesimpulan: Implementasi teknologi digital pada pelayanan maternitas memberikan hasil yang positif meskipun terdapat tantangan dan hambatan sehingga dibutuhkan mitigasi khusus agar dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi alternatif pelayanan maternitas di masa pandemi COVID-19.
