Balon Bakri Dalam Manajemen Perdarahan Post Partum

Latar Belakang:  Perdarahan postparum merupakan salah satu penyebab mortalitas dan morbiditas pada ibu terutama pada negara berkembang. Balon Bakri merupakan salah satu metode penanganan untuk perdarahan post partum.
Tujuan: Mereview evidence terkait balon Bakri untuk melihat keberhasilan dalam penanganan perdarahan post partum.
Metode:. Penelitian menggunakan kerangka Arksey dan O'Malley. Pencarian artikel menggunakan tiga databased (PubMed, Proquest, Science direct). Kata kunci yang di gunakan (Bakri Balloon) AND (postpartum hemorrhage)) OR (postpartum hemorrhage*)) OR (puerperal bleeding)) OR (puerperal bleeding*). Seleksi review dan karakterisasi dilakukan dengan penilaian critical appraisal menggunakan studi Joanna Briggs Institude (JBI) tool
Hasil: Balon Bakri efektivitas tinggi meredakan perdarahan dengan waktu 5 menit – 6 jam, mampu mempersingkat waktu durasi operasi, menyingkat waktu perawatan di rumah sakit dan proporsi perawatan di unit perawatan intensif lebih kecil. Kegagalan intervensi balon Bakri diakibatkan robeknya segmen bawah rahim karena penempatan balon Bakri yang tidak tepat, Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC), cidera pada ligamentum infundibulopelvis.
Kesimpulan: Tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi dan efektivitas tinggi pada penanganan perdarahan post partum.
