AKSES LAYANAN ANTENATAL CARE SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada pelayanan kesehatan, baik dari segi akses maupun kualitas layanan kesehatan yang berujung pada pembatasan kunjungan pada pelayanan kesehatan karena takut terkontaminasi virus, keterlambatan kelas ibu hamil, dan ketidaksiapan ibu hamil.
Tujuan: Scoping Review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akses layanan antenatal care (ANC) selama Covid-19.
Metode: Scoping Review menggunakan database Wiley Online Library, PubMed, dan Frontiers serta literature searching google scholar.
Hasil: Hasil pencarian yang memenuhi kriteria kemudian dilakukan analisis artikel. Studi apprasial menggunakan Joana Briggs Institute (JBI), dan metode sintesis menggunakan modifikasi PEOS. Dari 106 artikel relevan judul dan abstrak, didapatkan 6 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil review ditemukan tiga tema yaitu akses terbatas ke pusat kesehatan, ketidakmampuan untuk mengakses perawatan kesehatan, dan kebutuhan pendidikan kesehatan pelayanan antenatal dalam bentuk digital. Perlunya meningkatkan berbagai materi IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) dan diproduksi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang perlindungan ibu hamil selama pandemi Covid-19 serta perlunya layanan telepon masuk untuk membantu transportasi yang dapat diguankan ibu hamil dalam keadaan kritis. Selain itu, konsultasi virtual dengan dokter kandungan dapat diberikan melalui layanan telemedicine dan telehealth kepada ibu hamiil yang mencari layanan kesehatan.
