HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU DENGAN KETEPATAN PEMBERIAN IMUNISASI DASAR PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengganggu sistem kesehatan di seluruh dunia dan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19 adalah terganggunya sistem pelayanan imunisasi. Perubahan prioritas layanan yang difokuskan pada pelayanan pasien COVID-19, adanya kebijakan physical distancing dan pada akhirnya menyebabkan penurunan promosi dan layanan imunisasi, kurangnya permintaan imunisasi karena orangtua tidak membawa bayi ke pelayanan kesehatan, hal ini menyebabkan ketidaktepatan pemberian imunisasi pada bayi. Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan ketepatan pemberian imunisasi dasar pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Puskesmas Kasihan II Bantul. Metode: Penelitian cross-sectional dilakukan melalui survei offline pada Juni 2021-Juli 2021 terhadap 56 responden di Puskesmas Kasihan II Bantul dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah tervalidasi. Hasil: Faktor yang berhubungan dengan ketepatan pemberian imunisasi dasar adalah pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan dan dukungan keluarga. Faktor yang paling dominan menyebabkan ketepatan pemberian imunisasi adalah pengetahuan (0,032). Simpulan: Dapat mengoptimalisasi kegiatan sosialisasi terkait pentingnya ketepatan pemberian imunisasi dasar pada anak dengan menggunakan media visual pada saat kegiatan imunisasi berlangsung guna meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi dan ketepatan jadwal pemberian imunisasi..
