EFEKTIVITAS FAMILY INTERVENTIONS DALAM MENURUNKAN RISIKO RELAPS PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstract


Latar belakang masalah: Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan psikiatri yang menimbulkan disabilitas yang cukup luas serta dicirikan oleh suatu siklus kekambuhan. Family interventions memfasilitasi pemulihan pasien skizofrenia di masyarakat dan meningkatkan keterlibatan keluarga dalam pengobatan sehingga efektif dalam mengurangi risiko relaps dan rehospitalisasi.

Tujuan: Tujuan dari studi ini adalah melakukan systematic review terhadap artikel hasil penelitian yang menguji efektivitas family interventions terhadap risiko relaps pasien skizofrenia.

Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah pencarian pada database Proquest, ScienceDirect, dan Wiley Online yang dipublikasikan 10 tahun terakhir (2011-2021) untuk mengidentifikasi penelitian eksperimen yang relevan. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah schizophrenia or psychosis AND “family intervention†or “family psychoeducationâ€, AND prevent relapse or recurrence.

Hasil: Telaah terhadap 8 artikel menunjukkan bahwa family interventions dapat mengurangi gejala, risiko relaps dan rehospitalisasi, serta meningkatkan keterampilan sosial.
