KESEHATAN MENTAL PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Latar belakang : Saat ini seluruh dunia telah terkena dampak penyakit virus corona yang berasal dari china. Keadaan darurat darurat yang sedang berlangsung menempatkan tenaga kesehatan berada dibawah tekanan yang mengakibatkan masalah psikologis pada tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini mereview artikel-artikel yang mengenai gangguan psikologis, faktor-faktor penyebab stress pada petugas kesehatan dan penanganan stress pada petugas kesehatan.
Metode : data scoping review didapatkan dari Pubmed, ScienceDirec dan Wiley dengan studi Appraisal dan menggunakan Critical Appraisal Hawker, dengan metode mengunakan framework PEOs.
Hasil : 10 artikel yang membahas tentang kesehatan mental pada tenaga kesehatan Pandemi Covid-19. Tanda dan gejala yang banyak dirasakan oleh tenaga kesehatan kelelahan, insomnia dan sakit kepala yang disebabkan penggunaan APD. Faktor yang mempengaruhi stress pada tenaga kesehatan waktu kerja yang lama, stigma masyarakat, kecemasan, waktu istirahat. Adapun penanganan stress pada petugas kesehatan yaitu tenaga kesehatan mendapatkan pelatihan dan kepatuhan masayarkat terhadap protokol kesehatan seperti penggunaan masker.
Kesimpulan : sebagian besar penelitian menunjukan adanya tanda gejala stress padapetugas kesehatan yaitu sakit kepala dan kelelahan dan ada beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stress dan depresi pada tengan kesehatan Penanganan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi stress pada petugas kesehatan.
