DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA KEHAMILAN

Abstract


Anemia menjadi salah satu komplikasi maupun faktor risiko akibat dari infeksi COVID-19 selama kehamilan. Walaupun belum terdapat rekomendasi spesifik tatalaksana anemia pada Ibu Hamil dengan Infeksi COVID-19, suplementasi zat besi tetap menjadi rekomendasi lini pertama untuk mencegah keparahan infeksi dan masalah maternal yang buruk.Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk meringkas data dan penelitian yang tersedia tentang COVID-19 pada kehamilan terutama dampaknya terhadap kejadian Anemia yang diakibatkan oleh defisiensi zat besi saat kehamilan. Berdasarkan hasil diketahui bahwa anemia merupakan faktor risiko maupun outcome akibat infeksi COVID-19 selama kehamilan. Walaupun belum terdapat rekomendasi spesifik tatalaksana anemia pada Ibu Hamil dengan Infeksi COVID-19, suplementasi zat besi tetap menjadi rekomendasi lini pertama untuk mencegah keparahan infeksi dan masalah maternal yang buruk
