ANALISIS PENGETAHUAN DAN KOPETENSI TENTANG SAFETY CULTURE BAGI KESELATAMAN PEKERJA INDUSTRI

Di era Globalisasi industri yang semakin berkembang, tentunya setiap perusahaan ataupun dunia industri dalam menerapkan pemahaman pengetahuan tentang budaya keselamatan kerja bagi setiap karyawannya itu berbeda – beda baik perusahaan besar maupun perusahaan kecil. Namun demikian untuk mengantisifasi permasalahan perbedaan pemahaman tentang pengetahuan budaya keselamatan kerja, hal yang paling mendasar bagi peneliti adalah peningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan kopentensi bagi setiap karyawan perusahaan, demikian disebut dengan kopentensi ilmu pengetahuan budaya kerja aman (safety culture). Dalam tulisan ini peneliti menggunakan metode analisis Narrative literature review. Tujuan mengenalkan berbagai macam metode penelitian ilmiah tentang budaya keselamatan kerja dan menambah pengetahuan serta peningkatan kopetensi tentang budaya keselamatan kerja. Hasil; Tingkat kepedulian perusahaan industri untuk memperkenalkan pengetahuan budaya keselamatan kerja (safety culture) bagi para pekerja masih tergolong rendah, diharapkan bagi perusahaan dan pengusaha industri haruslah membangun dan menyebarluaskan tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan budaya keselamatan kerja. Dengan memperhatikan faktor penyebab, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan kopetensi tentang budaya keselamatan kerja, dirasakan memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam menurunkan angka kecelakaan kerja.
