LATIHAN RELAKSASI SEBAGAI INTERVENSI MUAL MUNTAH PASIEN KANKER PAYUDARA YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Keluhan mual muntah diamati sepanjang pengobatan kemoterapi. Penggunan terapi non-farmakologi telah banyak dikembangkan untuk mengatasi mual muntah yang di karenakan kemoterapi seperti latihan relaksasi karena tidak memiliki efek samping dari penggunaannya serta mudah dipelajari.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai terapi relaksasi dalam mengatasi mual muntah pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi.

Metode: pencarian literatur dari berbagai database online dari ScienceDirect, PubMed, Cohrance library dan Google Scholar.

Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa terapi relaksasi dalam mengatasi mual muntah pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi, seperti, yoga, akupuntur, terapi pijat kaki, latihan pernapasan dan guided imagery yang dikombinasikan dengan relaksasi otot progresif.

Kesimpulan: literature review ini menemukan bahwa terapi relaksasi dapat digunakan sebagai terapi non farmakologis oleh perawat untuk mengatasi masalah mual muntah pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi.
