MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS DURING PANDEMIC COVID-19

Abstract


Mental health problems merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat secara global. Tak hanya berdampak dalam satu aspek, pandemi covid-19 telah membawa masalah yang kompleks dan merata dalam segala aspek kehidupan, termasuk terkait dengan kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini diulas dari sejumlah database yaitu google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect. Hasil pencarian artikel ilmiah yang memenuhi kriteria kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Berdasarkan topik dan judul yang relevan dari sejumlah artikel terpilih, kemudian diambil 5 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi ekslusi. Setelah dilakukan analisis lanjutan dari 5 artikel terpilih, kesimpulan akhir didapatkan lima hasil masalah kesehatan mental terbanyak selama pandemic yaitu PTSD, gangguan kecemasan, depresi, obsesif kompulsif, dan insomnia. Diperlukan komunikasi yang terstruktur dan baik dari para tenaga kesehatan agar para penyintas covid-19 dapat tetap memiliki pola pikir positif dan keyakinan untuk sembuh serta dukungan pemerintah terhadap kesehatan mental masyarakat umum untuk menghilangkan stigma mengerikan terkait covid-19.
