RESPON FISIK DAN PSIKOLOGIS PASIEN SETELAH MENDENGAR BREAKING BAD NEWS
Abstract
Latar belakang: komunikasi dalam breaking bad news belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik penyampaian komunikasi pada pasien dengan kondisi infark miokard dapat menyebabkan stress yang tidak semestinya. Disaat terjadinya serangan jantung pasien dihadapi dengan penyampaian berita buruk oleh tenaga medis. Penyampaian berita buruk pada pasien jantung berdampak pada kondisi pasien. Petugas medis mengalami situasi dilema terkait kondisi pasien dan keluarga.
Tujuan: untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman penerimaan breaking bad news pada pasien infark miokard.
Metode: pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam yang di peroleh dari 8 partisipan pasien di lakukan wawancara , setelah itu transkrip data di analisa hingga muncul tema, dimana tema di peroleh dengan melakukan analisa data.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan tema yaitu: 1) Respon fisik pasien terhadap BBN 2). Respon psikologis terhadap BBN
Kesimpulan: Pasien mengalami respon fisik dan psikologis setelah mendengar berita buruk untuk itu perlu komunikasi efektif di lakukan oleh tenaga medis
