HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN KESEDIAAN VAKSINASI COVID-19 PADA MASYARAKAT KOTA BENGKULU

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Kesediaan vaksin ditengah masyarakat masih menjadi kontroversial bagi masyarakat. Capaian target vaksinasi belum mencapai 80%, sehingga perlunya penelitian hubungan pengetahuan dengan kesediaan vaksin di Kota Bengkulu.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan kesediaan vaksin di kota Bengkulu

Metode: Desain studi menggunakan studi deskriptif kuantitatif dengan crossectional yang dilakukan bulan Agustus – Oktober 2021, sampel yang dipilih secara purposive sampling pada 9 kecamatan. Hasil data dianalisa menggunakan program SPSS dengan analisa korelasi bivariate. Populasi adalah masyarakat Kota Bengkulu dengan jumlah sampel 200 orang.

Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa responden didominasi usia 25-45 tahun sebanyak 60% dan pekerjaan PNS sebanyak 43% , Tingkat Pengetahuan responden baik sebanyak 43%,  Kesediaan vaksin sebanyak 58% dan terdapatnya hubungan pengetahuan dengan kesediaan Vaksin dengan nilai r=0.756 p=0.000 artinya memiliki hubungan kuat dan kesediaan untuk vaksin.

Kesimpulan: Adanya  hubungan pengetahuan dengan kesedian dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan yang baik, niat dan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam kesediaan vaksin covid-19. Saran yang diberikan kepada petugas kesehatan adalah meningkatkan survey dalam penjaringan kesediaan vaksin di masyarakat. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan model penelitian dengan variabel yang berbeda
