DAMPAK PSIKOLOGIS TENAGA KESEHATAN DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Tenaga kerja di bidang kesehatan merupakan garda terdepan. Penelitian saat ini berkonsentrasi pada dampak psikologis pandemi COVID-19 terhadap tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat, mempelajari gejala psikologis pada tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat pada tahap awal pandemi.
Tujuan: Tinjauan scoping ini dalam peta literatur, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan pengetahuan dan meninjau bukti ilmiah untuk meninjau temuan penelitian tentang dampak psikologis tenaga kesehatan selama pandemi COVID-19.
Metode: scoping review menggunakan framework Arksey dan O'Malley. Peneliti mencari artikel menggunakan database yang relevan seperti PubMed, Perpustakaan Online Wiley, Science Direct dan literatur abu-abu yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah tenaga kesehatan, kecemasan, kesehatan mental, dampak psikologis, dan COVID-19. Dari penelusuran ini didapatkan 178 artikel dan setelah dilakukan screening didapatkan delapan artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi.
Hasil: Penilaian kritis artikel diperoleh tujuh artikel Grade A dan satu artikel Grade B. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel yang diperoleh adalah kualitatif (10%), dan kuantitatif (70%). Tiga tema ditemukan dalam scoping review ini, yaitu bentuk dukungan psikososial, tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat yang diharapkan dapat membantu tenaga kerja.
Kesimpulan: Dukungan psikososial, tenaga kesehatan, dan komunitas yang tepat dapat membantu meningkatkan ketahanan mental dan kemampuan menyesuaikan diri dengan tenaga kesehatan jiwa dan kemampuan efisiensi ketenangan kesehatan dan meningkatkan keamanan klinis.Rekomendasi: Dukungan psikososial, tenaga kesehatan, dan masyarakat perlu dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan cakupan eksklusif. Bentuk dukungan praktis adalah keterlibatan tenaga kesehatan.
