PENYEBAB STUNTING DI ASIA

Abstract


Latar Belakang : Stunting terjadi pada 25% anak di bawah usia lima tahun dan dari 90% anak stunting yang tinggal di Asia dan Afrika.

Tujuan Review : untuk memetakan literatur tentang faktor penyebab stunting pada nalita di Asia

Metode : scoping review ini menggunakan metode framaework Arksey & O’Malley yanag terdiri dari lima tahap. Pertama : identifikasi pertanyaan Scoping review menggunakan PICO; Kedua, mengidentifikasi artikel yang relevan dengan menetukan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi; Ketiga, Mencari artikel melalui database EBSCO, Wiley Online Library, Science Direct dan Pubmed. Selanjutnya menyeleksi artikel dengan alur Prisma Flow Chart, menilai kualitas artikel menggunakan  Mixed Method Appraisal Tools (MMAT), melakukan data Chart, mapping, meringkas dan laporan hasil.

Hasil : berdasarkan 9 artikel yang ditemukan, 8 artikel grade A, 1 artikel grade B. selanjutnya didapatkan 3 tema yaitu : faktor penyebab langsung, faktor penyebab tidak langsung, dan faktor dasar penyebab stunting.

Kesimpulan : Beberapa penelitian di Asia mengenai faktor resiko penyebab stunting, hanya satu artikel yang menurut peneliti itu merupakan faktor penyebab yang selama ini tidak kita perhatikan adalah efek dari otonomi ibu terhadap kesehatan anak khusunya dalam mencegah stunting pada anak. Sehingga kedepan perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kausalitas otonomi ibu terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita.
