PENGALAMAN IBU BEKERJA MENDAPATKAN DUKUNGAN DALAM PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF
Abstract
Latar belakang: Penghambat dalam pemberian ASI pada ibu bekerja antara lain singkatnya waktu cuti kerja, dukungan tempat kerja yang kurang, waktu istirahat singkat setelah bekerja, tidak ada ruangan untuk memerah ASI, rasa malas, beban kerja, waktu cuti terbatas, keterpaparan media, peran suami, peran orang tua, sarana dan prasarana kurang Tujuan: untuk mereview evidence terkait terkait pengalaman ibu bekerja mendapatkan dukungan dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif Metode: Scoping review ini menggunakan Framework dari Arksey dan O’Malley, dengan cara focusing review menggunakan framework PEOS, database yang digunakan untuk pencarian literature yaitu PubMed, Science Dierect dan EBSCO, artikel diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria insklusi dan eksklusi, menilai kualitas artikel dengan cara critical appraisal, kemudian data diekstraksi, dianalisis serta menyimpulkan hasil Hasil: Didapatkan 9 literature yang memiliki kualitas Grade A dan B. Didapatkan tiga tema muncul yaitu keputusan memberikan ASI, faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemberian ASI dan hambatan dalam memberikan ASI. Kesimpulan: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan nutrisi yang paling baik bagi bayi karena dapat melawan infeksi, mambantu meningkatkan system kekebalan tubuh, mengurangi gangguan pencernaan dan mendukung pertumbuhan otak bayi. Manfaat dari pemberian ASI bagi bayi dapat mencegah resiko kematian akibat infeksi saluran pencernaan dan saluran nafas, sedangkan bagi ibu dapat mencegah terjadinya perdarahan pada ibu postpartum. Keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif tidak lepas dari adanya dukungan yang diberikan kepada ibu.
