KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL DALAM MENGHADAPI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 : A SCOPING REVIEW
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Kecemasan akan pandemi COVID-19 selama masa kehamilan merupakan variabel yang berkorelasi positif dan signifikan dengan kesehatan mental melalui jalur langsung. Ketakutan akan virus corona saat masa kehamilan dapat mempengaruhi kecemasan secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kesehatan mental, fisik dan psikis ibu selama periode tersebut dengan berdampak pada kehamilannya.
Tujuan Scoping Review ini : Untuk mereview gambaran kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19
Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah Prisma Flowchart (Preferred Reportung Items For Systematic review and Meta-Analyses), digunakan untuk menggambarkan alur pencarian literature. Pencarian artikel menggunakan 3 database (EBSCOhost, SCIENCE DIRECT, Wiley Online Library). Alur pencarian artikel digambarkan menggunakan PRISMA Flowchart dan penilaian kualitas artikel dilakukan dengan JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute). Selanjutnya dilakukan penyusunan data dan pelaporan hasil.
Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil review dari 13 artikel yang telah dipilih ditemukan hasil gaps mayoritas penelitian dilakukan di negara berkembang dengan jenis artikel yang sudah terindeks scopus dengan standar Q1 dan Q2. Serta ditemukan gambaran kecemasan yang dialami oleh ibu hamil dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 ini yaitu, pemeriksaan kehamilan, kecemasan akan potensi janin, beban ekonomi, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengerahui kecemasan ibu hamil seperti, faktor keluarga, faktor Pendidikan, dan faktor ancaman Covid-19.
Kesimpulan: Semenjak adanya pandemi Covid-19, Hampir semua partisipan ibu hamil cemas dan khawatir mengenai kehamilan dan keselamatan janinnya, serta mempengaruhi psikologis ibu, cemas yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan setress yang terjadi kepada ibu hamil. Untuk itu dalam situasi saat ini dukungan sosial diutamakan seperti dukungan keluarga, dukungan suami serta tenaga Kesehatan, untuk mengurangi rasa cemas yang dialami oleh ibu.

Background: Concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic during pregnancy are a positive and significant correlation variable with mental health through direct pathways. Fear of the coronary virus during pregnancy can directly affect her mental, physical, and psychological health during that period and affect her pregnancy.
Objective Scoping Review: To review the description of the anxiety of pregnant women in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic
Method:Â The method used is Prisma Flowchart (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic review and Meta-Analyses), used to describe the literature search line. Article search using three databases (EBSCOhost, SCIENCE DIRECT, Wiley Online Library). The article search string is interpreted by PRISMA Flowchart and article quality assessment performed with JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute). We're going to do the data collection and the result report.
Results: Based on the review results of the 13 selected articles, the gap results of most research carried out in developing countries with the type of articles already indexed for purpose with Q1 and Q2 standards. Although some emergency pictures of pregnant mothers are also founded in this Covid-19 pandemic situation, they are pregnancy checks, pregnancy potential concerns, economic burdens, and factors that guide expectant mothers' concerns about family factors, education factors, and Covid-19 threat factors.
Conclusion: Since the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all pregnant mothers have been concerned and worried about their pregnancy and the safety of their widow, and influenced her psychology, excessive anxiety can cause depression to occur to pregnant mothers. However, the current situation and social support are preferred to family support, husband support, and health workers to reduce the anxiety experienced by the mother.
