Pengaruh Latihan Keseimbangan Terhadap Keseimbangan Tubuh Dan Risiko Jatuh Lansia

Abstract


Penurunan keseimbangan tubuh pada lansia di provinsi Bali sebesar 30-50% sehingga berdampak terhadap risiko jatuh dan kualitas hidup lansia. Risiko jatuh diperkirakan 25 % dan meningkat pada usia 70 tahun menjadi 35% Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh latihan keseimbangan terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan tubuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan design quasy eksperiment, sampel dalam penelitian ini 234 lansia, 117 untuk kelompok yang diberikan intervensi dan 117 kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja puskesmas 3 Denpasar utara kelurahan Peguyangan Kaja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan bulan juni agustus 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi dan mengisi kuesioner, observasi untuk mengukur keseimbangan tubuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis perbandingan dengan Stata SE 2.12. Berdasarkan analisis multivariat didapatkan rerata keseimbangan tubuh (3,7 95% CI:2,7-4,6), risiko jatuh pada kelompok yang diberikan LKS (RR 0,19 95% CI: 0,105-0,346); yang berarti LKS menurunkan risiko jatuh (1/5).
